When using a large out-of-town company you may deal with a different person every time you pick up the phone. ‘Sorry, let me put you through to this department…. oh wait, no you need this department. You know what, we’ll call you back’. Not to mention, the majority of your designs and plans will be done via email making it very difficult to make amendments and changes.
